Safe your time and money on this very unreliable company. Wrongly accused us of damaging the boat and therefore withhold our deposit. Calling the police won't help since it is a civil dispute.
Great boats and good service!
Renting a boat can cost you dearly with this boat rental company. Together with friends rented two boats the boats were not there yet at the agreed time we had to wait 1 hour for the tenants for us the son of the owner gave us compensation we were allowed to rent the boats two hours longer for the same price yet a nice gesture but on return father was certainly the extra hours had to be paid son involved knew nothing of the appointment the owner got everything from one lie after another such as reckless behavior, drunk behind the steering wheel and further lies. All in all not nice anymore and finally he did not want to return the 400 deposit. People do not do business with this boat owner
Ik heb een slechte ervaring meegemaakt hier met (kajak). Ze tonen de route in het begin en daarna moet je het uit het hoofd weten je krijgt geen plannetje mee ook is het zo'n lange route waar bijna geen eind aankomt waardoor ik zelfs verdwaald ben geraakt en de scheepsvaart politie van Gent heb gaan aanspreken van uit mijn kajak om ons terug te brengen naar waar we vandaan kwamen gelukkig dat ze de tijd en moeite wou maken omdat te doen! Uiteindelijk is dat ook hun job maar toch!
Gemengde gevoelens hierbij, bij aankomst was de gereserveerde boot niet binnen en men wist eigenlijk niet wanneer die zou binnen zijn, daar ging onze planning voor namiddag en avond. Na veel discussiëren en bellen naar de 'baas' toch andere boot gekregen maar de discussie heeft 45 minuten geduurd ... Voor de rest boot (voor 8) was prima, het weer was prachtig en de tocht was fantastisch.
