Place d'Espagne is a small public square next to the Horta Gallery and just off Rue du Marche aux Herbes. Not so much of a conventional attraction, the square seems to be a boundary area between the tourist sightseeing area and Residential area of Brussels. There are two interesting monuments at the Place d'Espagne. These include the easily recognisable features Don Quixote and his companion Sancho Panza. There is also a statue of Hungarian Musician Bela Bartok, which is dark and simple. There is a Smurf statue just next to the square that is potentially having a look as well. These are all worth spending a few minutes to view if you enjoy seeing monuments and statues during your travels.
