Booked an appointment for a medical exam, myself and one other patient were waiting 40 mins to then be informed that the doctor would not be arriving at the clinic and we would have to return another day. I drove an hour in to Brussels to sit in a waiting room and drive home again. The worst part is this had already happened to the other patient before. I have decided to choose another place. To be fair, the X-Ray technician was quick and friendly.

I had an appointment today, when I scheduled it one week before they made me choose 15.30 or 16.30. I chose the later hour due to work and when I arrived at the clinic I was informed the doctor had left, that they had me scheduled for 15.30..... No call (not even to check why I am late, as they thought until I arrived), no other explanation than \some receptionists make mistakes\.... Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time!

Making the appointment without good French was a bit difficult at the beginning. But at the center then there were really friendly staff and doctor, didn't had to wait long, everything was well described, even in English.

Not easy to get through by phone. Maybe an online booking system would help. Not convinced by the attitude of the reception staff. You get the impression that they have some kind of superiority complex going on and that you’re bothering them more than anything else. Attitude is everything when you’re helping people over the phone.

Terrible. The people here barely speak english, obviously no dutch. No cash payments even though they have a bancontact device there. The doctor fails to do his time sensitive paperwork completely before leaving on holiday leaving the patient to wait for 2 weeks until they get back.

Don't accept cards, had to walk half an hour to get cash, and after that they made me wait again. Very old looking clinic. But doctors are good and provide professional service. It's just this customer service and inefficiency that makes me sick.

Bonjour, svp, j'aimerai savoir, pour faire une prise de sang pour savoir si l'on est enceintes ou pas ,c avec une ordonnance ou bien je peut passer directement sans ordonnance et faire le bilan,merci pour votre reponce
