The booking system, via their website, doesn't work. I've tried 4 different browsers and 3 different devices. In the end, I couldn't book an appointment, even though the assistants guaranteed that the time slot for the desired day was free... There are no alternatives: no paper agendas, no alternatives, no nothing. Either you book online or you don't book at all. Terrible bureaucratic experience. I felt frustrated and powerless. Don't recommend.

Dr Mamisoa Andriantafika is the best eye doctor in town. Also his assistants receive you with a smile. In one word: top service!

Dr Andriantafika examined me and gave me a prescription for new myopia glasses and contact lenses. I had the glasses made and I couldn't see a thing in the left eye. Same thing with the contact lenses. So, I went back to see the doctor and he insisted I was overreacting and that it was a matter of getting used to the new glasses. Completely disregarded what I was telling him and the fact that I couldn't actually see anything in that eye. I then went to another doctor who indeed comfirmed that the first prescription was off by 1 full degree on the left eye! I had to have new glasses made again and there was no problem with them.

Extremely unprofessional medical centre and huge waste of time! I took an appointment two weeks in advance online and got the confirmation via e-mail. Once on site, I was told that the appointment was not accepted and that apparently an e-mail was sent to \someone\ that was supposed to inform me... Apparently a simple phone call is too costly for them. The option offered by the doctor was to wait around an hour. Well, patients also work and have schedules, doctors are not the only one ;) I will advise all my colleagues and friends to avoid this place at all costs!

I’ve waited for almost two hours, people go in front. I don’t understand why the European Commission works with this center, it should be investigated what are the reasons behind. UPDATE: instead of receiving an apologising email, that will proof it was a mistake and not a disrespectful behaviour, I received from the doctor a harassing email, at 1 a.m., threatening he will request my employer to take action because I dared to express myself in public.

J'ai été reçue au centre aujourd'hui pour des douleurs à l'œil etc. J'ai tres bien été reçue et tres bien informé par rapport à mon problème. Beaucoup d'explication et le temps a été pris pour faire tout les tests nécessaires. Madame maïté lienart est vraiment très professionnelle ainsi que sa collègue qui m'a fait passé les premiers tests. Je recommande vraiment ce centre pour toute personnes à la recherche de personnes compétente et proffesionel.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je vais chez eux et j'ai toujours été reçu et traité de manière très professionnelle. Je pense que pas mal de gens ne laissent d'avis que lorsque c'est négatif. Donc je prends le temps de donner un avis positif. Je recommande ce cabinet, pour la facilité des rendez-vous online et l'amabilité et le professionnalisme des docteurs.
