I visited the military base during the Belgian Air Force Days event. If you're a military machinery lover you have to attended. There were a lot jets and small aircrafts from different countries from Europe and North America. The organization was the best but of course what can you expect from the military. If you buy the tickets online you can save a couple of bucks but also a lot of time. Also I highly recommend to go there really early because during the event the traffic and checking are terrible.

The Kleine-Brogel Air Museum (KBAM) is the museum of the Kleine-Brogel Air Base in the Belgian province of Limburg. It is located at the air force base in Kleine-Brogel and contains military heritage. At the basis of the museum is the collection of Jos Palmers, who collected objects related to the airbase in an old barn. In 2004 he was offered to set up Loods 140 as a museum at the airbase. The move was difficult, and the shed was not really suitable as such. In 2007 a group of volunteers was organized and a room on the base was allocated that was heated and had insulation. Military aircraft and other vehicles, aerial photos and memories from the Second World War were also added to the museum. The museum was opened in 2010. In addition to five combat aircraft, military vehicles and other military items can be found, and a collection of documents, photos and the like has been postponed. There are also weapons and a demonstration cockpit, a shooting chair and the like. A documentation center is not missing.

A nice museum of military aircraft. Sat on a military base. Take your passports to be allowed admittance. It was free to get in and everyone was very helpful.
