The digital code box was broken and I was stuck inside behind the gate. I called their number and a woman very rudely responded that there is nothing she can do about it. When I asked to connect me with someone who works there she also said that it’s not possible. After I insisted that she connects me with someone (she didn’t believe me that the code box didn’t work - all of them) she finally was able to connect me to the Shurgard staff at this location. Really unpleasant experience and no regard for people who need help or assistance especially when their own electronic system is broken...
