I was abroad and had a delay of 2-3 days in paying my monthly fee, I paid online and nevertheless, the manager of the site in Evere threatened to throw my things to the garbage. I managed to speak with one of the employees and she gave me a week to collect my, things, mind you I was in another country...Luckily a friend of mine contacted a very good service, where I pay 650 euros less per year and they came, collected and stored my things. I cannot recommend Shurgard to anyone who needs storage for more than a month and needs to travel abroad.. I will never use it again, not even if offered for free!!
