Terrible place! To avoid! The price is 350 per month, you can easly find a kot for that money. You have to share the shower with 1 person, and 2 toilets with other 7 people. You have 3 whasingmachines and to dryers to share with the whole residency, but at least you dont have to pay for it. The place is not clean, is old and there are some receptionist that can talk to you in a very bad tone. The people dont clean when they cook so the kitchens are not nice and the smells go everywhere in the building. Yes, you are close to the university but far from everything else, for instance to go to do groceries shopping you have to take the bus (that doesnt pass on the weekends). Really unconvinient and the administration doesnt allow to leave before the end of your reservation. There is a place to store the bikes. The internet is the same as the university but you will not get wifi in the rooms nor in the buildings (only at the reception), therefore you have to use an ethernet cable and you computer/a router if you want to have wifi.

It is very old and there is very little privacy. Shared toilets, and bathrooms with a ridiculous try at division but still a shared shower. Wi-Fi only in some rooms and cable internet available (BYOcable)

Residence for students of ULG. Old facilities but still a good place to live in you need to attend the class in Sart Tillman
