You send an email, they don't respond You call, that person is not reachable but will call back (they never return your call) For payments they're quick to send reminders, but service is TERRIBLE How hard can it be to run a professional customer service engages in customer satisfaction? These people either lack a fit manager, or they're not trained well to respond to customers in a proper manner. You guys are in need of urgent training, micromanagement. The way it's going now is just terrible.

Can’t even handle simple payments. Unresponsive customer service...don’t let them automatically direct debit your account \u003e They’re not competent enough to handle that kind or responsibility.
Unfortunatley, customer centricity, customer understanding and flexibility are absent in the company. Would not use them again.
They never answer the phone, never call back. Not possible to deal with an easy order!
Worst customer service ever!
Very bad service. When company in-sourced the leasing, they billed administrative fees for sending some emails.
