One of the magnificent structure of bruges.. Never seen anything like that anywhere in Belgium. Unfortunately this turned out to be our last stop of the evening and could not get inside at 5.30 pm.

This is a cool historic building in Burg square in Bruges. It's next to the Basilica of the Holy Blood, which is a great building to visit, so you can probably check this out on the way. The entrance was covered by a concern venue, but we could still the see architecture, which was beautiful. Definitely worth a stop!

A museum with one hall and one exhibition room. The ticket 6 is valid for this museum and Brugse Vrije next door. The hall looks magnificent decorated with flemish arts.

Mind blown, the artwork from the 14th century is absolutely beautiful. Some of it looks like 3D the detail the stories. I loved this place, kids liked it to. You receive an audio guide you scan the pic click the white circle and hear the information. If you were on the fence I say DEFINITELY GO !!

Stadhuis (town hall) is a 14th century gem of an attraction that is very much worth visiting while sightseeing in Bruges. Opening hours are 9.30-5pm. Entry fee is now 6 per person and includes access to the Brugse Vrije (Liberty of Bruges) also at Burg Square. Stadhuis has one of the most beautiful buildings in Bruges. You will find a heavily gilded and decorative facade that is delightful to see and photograph. And as impressive as the exterior of the building is, it is the remarkable Gothic Hall that will take your breath away. Inside Stadhuis, you will be able to enter the upstairs Gothic Hall, a wonderfully preserved hall covered with 19th-century murals of important historical figures and events. Other Gothic features line the walls and ceiling, complementing the murals delightfully. Once inside, simply take a seat in one of the many rows of chairs and simply enjoy what you are looking at. Note that there are laminated information cards near the entrance into the Gothic Hall which provides descriptions for each of the murals within. Walk in a clockwise direction starting from the front right side of the hall. There is a side room with displays of important documents, maps, texts and wall maps of Bruges through the centuries. This is worth a few minutes to browse and enjoy after taking in the splendour of the Gothic Hall.

As a museum very small, but nice room with paintings and woodwork. And don't forget the fireplace.
