It's ok place, actually depends very much of it which apartment you are going to get. For example apartment on the first floor was newer then another one on the third floor, which I chosed because was better bed and bathroom and kitchen had a microwave. But again apartment H1 had a great night curtains while in D3 were funny useless one.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you care for you health and sanity do not use this property. They are fraudsters. As you arrive you will be met with a rude agent in my case a rude girl chewing gum speaking in French and pretending can not understand English . You are standing there with your luggage while she is on the phone to her freinds giggling stupidly and uses hand gestures to direct you to another street another apartment . As you enter the building the faul smell from the stairs and coriders is enough to make you sick. You enter into a so called apartment then your worst nightmare comes true. Broken lights, dirty bed , dirty floor , black blinds fixated at the window , smell of stink smell everywhere as though someone vomited . Then as she still standing completely ignoring your concerns as this is not what I saw on the booking site . She starts talking about taking cash deposit and if you do not accept they will charge you. I think they make mockery of the guests as they know it is a trap they have set to get you and get your money. Photos in the website completely false as even themselves agreed that it is for presentation only . So overall read these comments and do not put yoursleves being taken advantage of by these charlatans.
Check-in was difficult because you had to call, wait a long time on the phone, to finally be told that you had to wait 20 minutes for an agent to come and let you in. Agent was not particularly friendly. The wifi code available in the room was incorrect, it took two phone calls to get the password. On the second day, the door lock did not work so I had to wait for an agent to come fix it at 10pm. And the appartment really stank a lot. Not recommended.
Awful experience. Dirty floor, broken toilets, no wifi and... They asked 200 EUR deposit on site without prior information. I finally got the keys after THREE hours discussion with impolite people. NEVER AGAIN.

I put 1 star because I cant put 0. Worst place ever, worst costumer service ive ever had. AVOID THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
