Total scandal. Here is what you see when you come 1st thing in the morning. Probably 300’ before you can test. This is not the service you expect. And saying it’s vacation is no excuse. Leadership needs to organise to deliver the service at anytime. And seen this 2 x in a row. And now i am trying to set up time for the practical test. guess what? the internet reservation does not work and you have to wait till November (5months almost) before you get a slot? again a shameful situation. i can't believe a modern country cannot do better. And no one every provides any perspective to comments

Lady officer (with tatoo on both arm and nose piercing) is very rude, arrogant & unprofessional. I had a practical exam today and I need to register at her desk. As a foreigner not able to speak French, I politely asked her to speak in English but she kept speaking in French (I knew she can). Then I asked other neighboring candidate to translate, but she intervened him. Btw, thanks for helping registration. Good luck guys.
Honestly they were very friendly, understanding and flexible with me.
The whole administration system is inefficient and lacks a lot of key information on the website. It’s better to get your drivers license elsewhere...
An aberation to say the least. Total unethical testing. The driving instructor/tester for the motorcyle exam is to not say it lightly a disaster. No work ethic, rude, incoherent, and above all just a shame for the profession that is supposed to be a driving instructor. If there could be a 0 star review I would gladly put one. Do not go to this center. they will just take your money and make you fail without cronstuctive criticism or any actual reason other than because they felt like it. A true shame for the institution of driving.
My husband took appointment and after 1 month waiting to take the theoric exam, when he arrives he says it was missing a doc from the commune, they didn't inform. So he had to take again appoinent and wait for another month. Rude and agressive staff, unprofessional and useless people. Just a clear example how Belgium Administrative system is, pathetic.
This place is the worst I have ever visit honestly, everyone lacks proffessonal ethics, rude, unprofessional etc .
