Small museum. 2 rooms. The walls are heavily covered with all kinds of paintings and drawings by Eugeen Van Mieghem. From a social and historical point of view, his work is very important, showing the poverty of the lower classes, the harbour, the immigrants. But it's not at all big art. Quite strange to see that around that time, Antwerp was an important town with a rather mediocre art production.
