Perfect service here.. all range of products and really cheap
I am not a bicycle expert, so I called to arrange yearly service on my Decathlon electric bicycle, they asked which brand, model, engine brand etc... The person on the phone says no problem, we can even do software updates. Sounds like an expert, I didn't even know that software updates were a thing on bikes. A couple of days later I show up, the person rudely says that they don't touch Decathlon bikes. I was surprised since they said otherwise on the phone.

Mecanicien tres competent je lui ai confie mon velo de course pour entretien et reglage je suis super content et j y retourne pour un 2e et 3e velo a entretenir !!
Franchement le proprio est super sympa, explique bien, ne cherche pas à vendre pour vendre ce qui est plutôt agréable. Je lui ai confié mon vélo pour une révision annuelle et je l'ai retrouvé quasi comme neuf ! :-)
Je ne peux dire une chose y aller les yeux fermés super pro et honnête
