I'd say this is the most useful bike point in Gent.. Right behind the station.. Opens early and closes late giving you the possibility to get your bike fixed on a regular work day. Sweet people and great service at the best price in the city.

Fix bikes nicely. Just don't trust their estimate of end date. Had to wait double the time without notice and then they expect you to pick up your bike in 3 days. They do give nice discount for students

I was little upset as they took almost a month to repair my bike. They could have told me earlier. But still they are one of the better places in ghent as far as price is concerned.

Been here a couple of times now. First time was to get my bike seat fixed (it kept going down). They fixed it quickly and it cost me nothing. If I want it fixed completely I'll have to replace one of the parts and that will only cost me 6 euros. Pretty reasonable I'd say. Second time was to secure my bike seat because unbeknownst to me a few hex screws came off (perhaps after some rough ride on those cobblestone roads!). Again they fixed the problem and gave me the replacement screws for free. I was just amazed. What a valuable service to have in this bike intensive city! It's a bonus that the people there are so friendly too!
