Great service. Vets are very attentive and eager to help! They even advise you by phone in minor cases. Couldn't be happier for my pup being looked after by such a clinic

The vets are kind and available, they are open 24/7 and function as urgency hospital. We brought our cat twice because she had 2 accidents and was injured. They took care of her quickly and well. the clinic is easy to reach by tram, but by car there are not that many parking places around.

Brought here my 2 cats and have always been treated really well. I always had contacts with Dr Valentini, don't know the others, but he is great. Not the cheapest option but worth the money for our furry friends. Also they speak English.

Last August 25th I took my cat to this clinic for an échographie, because my veterinarian does not have an ultrasound machine in her clinic. The vet who performed the test prohibited me from being with the cat during the écographie. I explained her that the cat was sixteen years old, blind and had to be handled with extreme care. She flatly refused to let me in, without giving me any reason and swore to me that she would treat him with extreme care. In the end I agreed. In a little while I heard the cat crying and the assistant came out to turn on the music in the waiting room. Which failed to drown the cry of the cat. When I got home the cat was disoriented, exhausted, scared and had trouble breathing. In ten days he died. Never before -and I have had cats for forty years-, nothing like this had happened to me. To perform an ultrasound on a cat you have to shave the belly and put him on its back. Both are unpleasant and uncomfortable for them. If the animal is old, it involves risks. Never before, I have been denied being with the cat during a simple test of this type and at that moment I didnt understand why. Why the vet had to hide? Everybody knows that animals feel safer when they hear their family members nearby, especially when they are old and have a disability like being blind. Obviously, she and her assistant didn't handle him properly. The vet and her assitant killed the cat. She didnt handle him properly and her lack of professionalism has cost my cat his life.
