Friendly and correct personnel. Fast service (making an appointment is a life-saver, time-slots are often respected). Sanitary measures enforced and followed.

Despite a booking system, expect to wait at least one hour beyond your allotted time. Apart from that, the personnel etc. are efficient.
Very friendly and helpful. Keep your documents ready: vehicle registration certificate (\kentekenbewijs I en II\ with car id), insurance certificate (green document: verzekeringsbewijs), conformity certificate (completeness car), previous inspection certificate (keuringsbewijs). Put your seats upright and all seatbelts locked, so they don't need to do that for you. They will test intensity headlights first (don't activate beam light), open all doors and trunk (so put them in unlock), and the hood. So make sure you know where to unlock the hood. After that, they might ask for car key and ask you to wait on the other side. Depending on the car, they will test all lights, seat adaptability, wheel tension, emission, .... you receive the results after payment (70 euros in my case)
Fast and efficient service. The stuff is friendly and professional.
Helpful and friendly staaff
Fast and efficient! Very well organised!
It's a good place, It can help you with a lot of stuff. But the staff seems a bit too short tempered, and I've seen this behaviour multiple times.
Well organized, I obtained my documents quickly, payment only by card, so 24 minutes spent there, and there was quite of que of cars. The only thing that was weird, is that nobody spoke English, and very limited French. Of course, that was a textbook example of Flemish pride and how the seggregation in Belgium works.
