These guys are the best! They really saved my bacon on the way back to England. They sourced me a chain and sprockets within an hour and fitted them the same day. Very professional and didn’t nail my hat on! 5 STARS!

Worst customer's service! Spend more than 25 min waiting for assistance and nobody came!
Ordered two parts from Bike parts bvba, one part was correct and one was wrong to my order. I had to ring them to get this corrected as no one answered my email. 2 weeks later they said they sent the replacement part out to me, but didn't track it - I waited another 2 weeks and it never arrived. When I complained they said they had tried twice to send a part to me and they believed they had tried hard enough. Very poor customer relations and service - ordered the part elsewhere and got right part in 4 days.
