Car service and seems to be great although on the expensive side, customer care also good as a person in a wheelchair it's impossible to get into the service department door without help, a ramp could easily be added, offering me a replacement car without hand controls is not much use to me, perhaps another solution could be provided.

We have waited for over 5 weeks for delivery of this in stock car. We had been explained that the paperwork we needed to get our licensing would be provided to us in the first week. We called repeatedly for updates only to be brushed aside. After three weeks we were called to advise us that the car was delivered. However we could not pick up the car as we did not receive the paperwork from them yet. It took them another two days to get the paperwork for us. Once we obtained our license plates we made an appointment for delivery, they could only accommodate us until the following week. When we arrived for the appointment they said we were an hour too early. We were asked to wait. They then called us on our mobile to tell us that the car wasn’t ready as they needed to install an update and we would need to return the following day. We are very frustrated with the lack of client service, inconvenience and extra cost this has created for us. We would not recommend other diplomats or colleagues to purchase from this company.
