300 EUR flight Brussels to tenerife that they turn back because they cannot service it there. 12 hour travel time. We get a voucher for 3.8 Eur in compensation that is unusable as there is 1 shop open in the airport. Thank you TUI Ryanair is 100 Eur and 4h travel time.

Incredible during COVID times... Fly from Kos to Brussels, people came up sitting to random seat, (clever)cabin crew try to dispatch the boarding passagers to empty places. Why not simply remove the passagers seating at the wrong place and ask them to go to there entitle seat. Happy days for the tracing in case a positive case is discover. All the cinema for the COVID and now this, what a professionalisms and lack of education from passagers.

First and, hopefully, the last time. Apart from all the endless hidden costs, they decided to delay the flight by 8 hours (after we especially looked for a flight with a comfortable day hours) forcing us to be stuck at the hotel lobby for hours and arrive home at 2:30 am, all this with a toddler. Thank you for not a nice end of vacation.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Denied ME boarding because of \the way\ my mother (who was not flying) was arguing with the Sat 15/12/2018, 5am supervisor about our dogs cage being too small. IMPORTANT : until the supervisor said I was not flying, we had not insulted any personnel. Am writing a letter to TUI to complain about this lack of professionalism and abuse of power ( \YES I can do this!. .. because of your behavior! \ ).

After booking and paying my flight change, they told me several days after that the flight was fully booked. I had to find a last minute return flight because of this for /-200eur more. They told me they would return the payment for the change and considered it settled. Very unfair and unprofessional.

Big delay because most of the hand carry luggage didn’t fit in the cabins... really? Even the purser and cabin crew was complaining. I suppose this isn’t the first time? What a (designing) mistake to use these (really) basic basic airplanes...
