My main criticism is the poor communication. I changed my order (which led to a 30% penalty for the items I cancelled - beware!!). However, the store was very slow in responding to emails and only sent me the updated bill after several emails and a phone call. The delivery was very professional.

I ordered a matress in november, the seller assured me that I would be delivered max 2 weeks later. However , we're now more than 1 month later and still no news. After calling them, they told me that they cannot deliver anything until next year....

Heel jammer dat de service 0 is. Op basis waarvan selecteren jullie wie jullie wel of niet helpen? Een andere huidskleur, lengte, leeftijd? Ik ben totaal niet tevreden met de service, al kan ik het geen service noemen.. niet eens een begroeting, ik zelf zei hallo maar de medewerkers bleven zitten, keken me aan en bleven op hun gsm. Zeiden niet eens iets terug. Ik heb een kwartier lang rond gewandeld. Helaas nog steeds geen hulp ontvangen. Ik heb snel een concurrent opgezocht waar ik dan uiteindelijk de slaapkamers (boxsprings en accessoires) van mijn pas gebouwd huis heb kunnen kopen.
