Unlike 3 or 2 weeks ago the bracelets are just given to everyone when you line up to enter the building. Nobody follows the 15m of social distancing nor use the gel (some does and some doesn't). There were enough spaces for sure and maybe today was more of a not that crowdy day as waiting time was not even long. It's been a long time since I last visited IKEA and it's a great place to get some inspiration but quality-budget balance are way different comparing to before (also selection of style are quite limited comparing to other store similar to Ikea just like Weba, etc but it's more of your preferences). I do love the fact they still serve their snacks on a budget which is delicious. The lady who served me was not so enthusiastic since she didn't even told me to take the water even though I took the menu and i almost walked out without taking any bottle of drink with me (thanks to my fiance I went back and took my bottled water). For the rest, I have seen workers assisting the clients but not every sections were provided with an assistants. Also there are no pencils, note book, and measurement paper due to Covid which is normal. But they do have magazines and some papers for item information just like on specific bed.

Even now in the pandemic, the shopping experience is what one makes of it. I was in and out in a fashionable time. I could find everything easily and got very nice help Here ever necessary. So a great experience as expected.

Noone answered my phone call, in spite of the fact that I waited 1 hour in phone line. On site experience slightly better apart of the fact that they are closed on Sundays, and on Saturdays already close at 8PM. That does not give much room to shop.

Shop is very popular even those days. Security meassures against covid are on really good level. Anyway I would recommend to order online and just pickup at the shop.

It's an IKEA. Nothing special. Personnel is friendly, stock is full. Covid-19 measures allow only one person per vehicle to enter the store.

I ordered some items online yesterday evening via the click& collect service, and they notified me this morning that they require me to come today to collect them, during business hours, saying that otherwise they will not be able to give me my purchases. I am homeworking, this is such a short notice. I spent 50' on the phone waiting for their contact center to answer me and modify the collect timing... Unsuccessfully! This is a shame, especially during these times, please upgrade quickly.

I am still waiting for my product, one month. Nobody answers me via phone and I want or my money back or my product here. Unacceptable.

In my last visit there were very strict covid-19 regulations. When you come by car you need to follow a route to arrive eventually at a checkpoint where you receive 1 wristband per car, and you are informed that only 1 person can enter the IKEA shop (with this wristband). At the entrance you need to show your wristband and couples/pairs are refused entrance. I like this creative solution to try to enforce the limitation of shopping alone. However I've spotted multiple couples/pairs inside the shop, some even without wristband. None of the employees stopped them or anything at all. This really saddens me as couples with a baby aren't allowed to enter so that one 1 parent can take care of the parent while the other is staying with the baby, but funshoppers can walk free by using loopholes of their system.
