Candy Shop/The Belgian Chocolate House - Brussels Airport

I had the worst experience ever in that shop. When I entered the shop, the shop assistant at the till refused yo say goodbye to a customer. Then came my turn. She offered me a plastic bag, I told her thank you but I already have one. She yelled at me saying that it's for her to decide whether I take the bag or not. I tried to calmly and gently to explain that for ecological reasons I prefer to have my own bag. She yelled even more, became totally aggressive and started insulting me. I had never heard someone being so rude, her attitude was outrageous. I do not recommend that place, the way they behave towards ther clients is beyond unacceptable. Even if I work at the airport, I will never go again.
