Very good airlines... sometimes very cheap in ticket rates where I travelled to BILBAO for 120 EUR RETURNS ... all direct connections they have you can travel for very cheap if you plan in advance

Since March 20th I have send emails, made telephone calls and talked after many attempt to contact Brussels airline Service department. By today 1st August they have not resolved my re-booking reference KZNTY in connection with paid seat.

If first impressions are as crucial as you say, this is not so flattering for Brussels Airlines: Late departure from Madrid, which resulted in late arrivals in Brussels. Fortunately, the connecting flight were also delayed, but the pleasure was short for the flight was canceled and we had to stay for the next morning Well, but we came forward.

I called them regarding their loyalty program Loop and the person either didn’t know his product or was just plain lazy!! Another time I called also regarding Loop, the person didn’t know basic things about the program. They should hire better people who have product knowledge. Their Loop website should be more user friendly and easier to navigate.

I would at least expect that you apologize after your 1.5h long flight was delayed by 1 hour. But that's probably too much to expect. Worst airline experience so far. Even Ryanair is better.

Birmingham to Brüssel return by Brussels Airline only small planes operate where you cannot take cabin bags along. After landing we spend 10 min. for unloading. Most of the flights have been outsourced. The flight combination Birmingham Nantes is not available on Brussels Airline website but on Lufthansa. Is this normal? No! Are we having a competition problem? Of course we have.

Under no circumstances the behaviour of the stewardess to the customers was acceptable. In addition my laptop has been destroyed by the Brussel Airlines. I booked an aisle seat in the Airbus A319 and my hand luggage fit under the seat in front of me. The stewardess had the opinion that my hand luggage would not fit in front of my seat when I stood outside the plane. She even did not allow me to show it to her. Her appearance was more or less arrogant and unqualified. Because of the baggage handling my luggage has been destroyed and Brussels Airlines rejected to replace it.
