I visited the Accessories/Spare-parts shop. All ok, however they called me for the arrival of my ordered products more than 1 months after initial agreed delivery time. You cannot reach them on the phone, I have tried and waited in total more than 7-8 hours and nobody picked up the phone. The customer oriented approach for this shop is disaster. This post is not linked to the Audi workshop or sales!

I had my regular car service there. All very efficient, friendly and multilingual. Was able to wait there and all was finished in an hour. Great experience!
The worst experience I ever had as a customer has been with Audi. The dealer hid from me that the Google earth maps are not anymore available due to end of partnership with between Google and Audi. The Navigation service (which is something you pay extra for in A3) is not working as expected. In general I had problems with the car's software that the IT support never replies so I called the dealership and they told me to go there without an appointment to have a look. I went there and they tell me that I should have booked an appointment and they get me one in a month from today. As if I don't have anything else to do in my life but calling them for fixing things. The most poor customer service ever.
Worst Audi Shop! No advice, no helping client, no competent, it is not an Audi Center!

I previously wrote a negative review because the Center had lost my summer tires that were supposedly stored in their tire hotel. However, after 6 weeks, the Center replaced my old tires with new ones. Since COVID has affected us all, I won't hold the delay against them. I'm currently satisfied with their services.
So far so good.
Excellent bi-langual service, professional and friendly approach, ministering the needs in timely and natural manner. Yay!
