I went here with a friend to place an order for the XC60. I was pleasantly surprised to find a qualified, friendly and welcoming staff. It was necessary to use the art of negotiation to receive a comfortable discount. I noticed a desire to sell and flexibility compared to Jaguar and Land Rover. Congratulations ABC Volvo team!

Service takes for ever! Our car has been there for 2 weeks and we've heard nothing. Other dealers we've been to offer much faster service and tend to be much cheaper than this place. They don't even respond to calls or emails and the staff isn't the friendliest either.
After last visit, I had to change my five stars rating I did 3 years ago. This is either not about Volvo, nor about ACB, this is because of the person, service dispatcher Frederic and his relationship to customers. I wrote a whole story about what happened, but it was too long and too sad, so I won't publish it.
Upon reading the reviews, I was hesitant to make an appointment, BUT I called and was told to write an email to request an appointment. My email was answered within 24 hours and an appointment was made for an oil change. I received confirmation by text of my appointment and when my car was ready. From dropping off my car to picking it up, and also answering all my questions/concerns, everyone I interacted with was patient, kind, informative, and spoke great English. Follow up: I had another appointment to follow up on an issue I brought to their attention during the oil change appointment. At the oil change appointment the man was very kind, helpful, and patient when I spoke of my concern regarding the car. People had told me they had bad experiences with a man not very friendly. After my experience I thought those people were wrong, but then I dealt with a gentleman at this second appointment who was very brusk. This man needs to be taught how to address and speak to customers. It certainly is not welcoming!

Terrible customers care services :( Totally disappointed
Edit December 2020: after getting the car at beginning of October I've said myself to order a full winter kit at beginning of November. After six weeks of waiting and tons of emails and phone calls they solve...nothing!! First, they call me to change only the winter tyres!! I've lost 1 hr. Secondly, they call me because the desired winter kit has finally arrived but bad surprise: they put a different model (2019) of rims, not what I ordered. I've lost 3 hrs. From happy customer initially I'm really upset: lack of professionalism, lack of communication, just passing the problem from one person to other. Pitty!!
Horrible service. I went there twice in a week and issues were not well handled. A couple of days later, car broke down in the middle of a crossroads. When I complained about the work their answer was \are you a mechanic\?
