Ordered 3 bottles of 1969 Barolo for my 50th. Arrived at my door in Sydney in 4 days in safe packaging and in good shape. No idea if the wine will have kept but pretty good service!

Totaly unprofessional !! These folks are not afraid in giving nervous replies on the phone and even harsh comments to honest customers!! As a result,WILLIAM and DANNY,their \SALES FORCE\ came up with cheap excuses,that I should not bother and wait another week...On top a zero estimate for almost a Week in attending and pushing for more time on an estimate for some 20 bottles !! Maybe they have no funds and need to wait in getting payed by their third parties…. Simply avoid these people to the fullest, and move towards to some real pros. Use your time wisely and instead of being taking for a rediculous ride by these BELGIUM WINE WASTERS and Timewasters of the trade,as they clearly are!!
