This Real estate agency gave me an outstandig service regarding the rental of my appartment. They are really proactive on every demand you have concerning rentals. Thanks to them my appartment was rented really fast and on a professional way with a great service for both parties (the tenant and the landlord). Grant Properties is giving that extra touch where you can find a human approach between them and the landlord, what results in an excellent collaboration and a clear vision of them for what you are looking for regarding the search of a future tenant.
UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I rent an apartment from them in Brussels, and when I left I received a bill of 120 euros (!!) for the cleaning service. The apartment was in good conditions, and it’s just a 45mq. Anyway they told me that they used 4 hours to clean the apartment and the hour rate of the cleaning lady was 30/h! When I asked to see the invoice, they refused to show it to me (I’m not even sure that the invoice exists). If you rent an apartment for them, be prepared to pay one hundred euros “extra”

Very professionnal agency with a team of dynamic & efficient people (mainly women ;-)). I bought a flat via their agency and felt perfectly supported from early search till renting of the flat ( I bought with them). They have a great network in Brussels and a strong portfolio of tips & contacts. I would definitively recommend them to any person looking for buying/investing/renting in Brussels & suburbs !
