Unprofessional manufacturer. Hard to deal with, unclear instructions with regards to procedures, unfriendly staff (from front desk to warehouse), never returns phone calls or emails. Wasted over 6 months with them to then be bullied and got the phone hung up on us. Had to personally drive to their factory to get our ingredients back as they refused to return them, saying they have better things to do. What a disappointment. Best to be avoided.
