Their service is bad. It takes a least a week for a job to get done. It was already twice I encountered problem with there elevator in 2 months period. In both cases it took at least a week for them to repair it.

NIGHTMARE!!!! [Update] Feb/2018 Malfunction twice (4th & 5th breakdown in 7months) *Dec/2017 Another malfunction (3rd breakdown in 6months) *Nov/2017 Elevator finally epaired\ and functioned for only 4 hours, and then shut down again. *Oct/2017 Repair requests weren't even sent to technicians correctly. *May-Oct/2017 Ignore customer's repair request for four months after delivery. *May/2017 Failed promised date of delivery. It's signed to deliver the elevator in May, at the end of April, the elevator wasn't even built!!!! Delayed delivery till July. *Have only a few technicians touring the whole Europe for all the installation and repair. *Experienced staffs fired so nobody knows what to do. REGRET TO HAVE DONE BUSINESS With THEM. Stay away from this company!!!

Ongelooflijk slechte service en onbekwaam personeel. Opeenstapeling van defecten door slechte reparatie. Hun slogan. We bellen terug en laten niets van zich horen. Lift in appartementsgebouw met rolstoelgebruikers.
Je reçois les correspondances en néerlandais malgré la situation géographique de mon ascenseur dans le brabant wallon, je dois les menacer pour obtenir des explications à mes diverses pannes. Sans parler du servcice de garde... En bref ils sont épuisants !!!
Super service, klasse modernisaties
4mois que notre ascenseur a un problème pour la fermeture de la porte coulissante dans notre copropriété, 4mois que le syndic fait des mises en demeure et rien ne bouge. Je vous déconseille vivement cette société
