Welcome Home International is a no-profit organization (ASBL) based in Brussels which seeks innovative methods to support newcomers in our societies. We implement and design hands-on projects to create inviting environments where newcomers and local community members can acquire the tools and information they need to help integration happen naturally. Currently, Welcome Home International has one main project implemented, i.e. Cafè Lingua, which focuses on language learning through non-formal education. The Cafè Lingua is now including 5 different languages: English, French, Dutch, Arabic, Farsi Our tutored trainings rely on the Erasmus+ project Language Voices. We are also working on the design and implementation of other two projects, which are now in their pilot phases: Women Circle and Kid’s corner. We aim at finding other organizations to collaborate with, both on the local and international scale, as learning or strategic partners.
