Today I had one of my worseshopping experiences in my life. I went back with a product which was not working and they didn't want to reimburse me or replace the product; reason that is my word against theirs that the product had a defect. Being treated a liar is not something which arrives every day. I'll never go back there again and won't recommend this shop to anyone.

Only 4 cashiers open at Lunchtime when its busy. Response from staff extremely rude. Manager talking to friends rather than trying to improve situation. Perhaps now we see one of the reasons that Carrefour has to fire so many people. Perhaps if they fire some of the staff in Wavre the service may improve??

Like other supermarkets, big and expensive. The store is badly organized if you're trying to find specifics, don't expect a sign to tell you what's in each isle. In contrast they do have self scanners and a single Line system to make paying go faster. Service is hit or miss, some days I don't even get a single hello.
