I phoned for info a couple of times (about buying a new Dacia from stock) and when I got there late Saturday afternoon, both salesmen were busy but no one even asked why I was there. Finally one tried to wave me off by saying no repairs on Saturday (duh) and I replied that I was there to buy a car. The other one then realised I was the person who had phoned but by then (over 45 minutes of just standing there and being totally ignored), I was fed up and left saying I'd return during the week. I went to a different Renault garage (in Brussels) and bought the car. Did they ignore me because I was a woman? Anyway, not a garage I'd want to deal with.
