What a disrespect for customers!I ordered my meal online at 5.30 for delivery slot of 7.00-7.30. I selected to pay by card upon delivery (an option on the website). I filled in all my information (including my phone number). I received twice a confirmation email of my order. At 7.30, not having any info on my delivery, I called them up. I was told they called me (which never happened, he maintained it was my fault!) because they only want cash (..). I told them (again) I never received their phone call and I was ok to pay cash (24 dish!). I was told that I could either wait another 40min Or come and pick it up myself! I told them that I never received a call and that they never even sent an email to cancel or ask questions and this was in no way my mistake. No solution or commercial gesture was proposed (actually one of the only restaurants that do not offer a discount on delivery / take away in town.. below 50!!), no excuse, just pointing out it was my fault and insisting on having cash... in these hard covid times I will definitely support places that deserve it and treat their customers with respect.

Good food but overpriced and small portions. The staff is very nice, but you can tell that they opened just recently so they're not very organised yet. No Indian vibe at all, way too European for me, doesn't feel authentic.

Very good Indian restaurant in Waterloo. We had 6 different starters like samosas, shish kebab, chicken tikka,... They were all very tasteful. I had the korma with prawns. It was delicious. Unfortunately the portion was rather small. If you have a big appetite, than the portion will not be sufficient to fulfill your needs. We finished our dinner with a coffee. This was a normal coffee. Nothing special. To summarize it all, I can say that the dishes are very tasteful. One of the best Indian dinners I had. The prices were on the higher end, especially if you take the quantity of the dishes into account. I would recommend them to either lower the prices a little bit or level up the quantity of the dishes.

Good food with many vegetarian options and great service. Even in full rush hour the waiters were friendly, efficient and mindful. Definitely a plus in the entire experience! About 35 euros for starter and main dish. Would recommend!

Very delicious, a bit high priced for simple foods but I guess this is s it's Waterloo that's why I gave 4 stars instead of five. Else, waiters we're super friendly, food was serves fast, toilets were clean...
