Quite possibly the poorest customer service in history. I needed a BMW towbar and bike rack. They said it could not be installed because it was not ordered with the car and they could not retrofit the electronics. They said if it were possible it would cost 4500 plus the bike rack. It took a team of three of them from sales and service to figure this out. I went to another BMW dealer, not in the Ginion group, and had the tow bar and bike rack installed in one day for 1700.

I obtained a Bmw 3 series for my company Lynx. The seller at the dealership is super unorganised. I got no information on the delivery for weeks and I had to push them to know it. They did not even send me the invitation to pay the advance before I came to the dealership and I had to warn them. At the dealership and speaking with people, you cannot have colder people. It is like they want to get this over with asap. Also, I have driven Audis and Mercedes, they always give some gift. Here, they put they G badge on your car and you have to do marketing for them!!! Edit: since the car has been delivered, no more contact from the dealership. Saying that problems come from the Covid-19 situation is FALSE. The seller and the person who handled the delivery were super incompetent. They have credited my contract with an amount which is different from the contract. The bonus malus is wrongly calculated despite my numerous e-mails.
If you would like to feel being completely ignore for about 10 minutes as a customer, while they casually chat with each other, go to this place. Either they are racists (highly likely as they knew who I was and why I came over), or they don’t care about new customers. It wasn’t my choice to choose them except for my normal garage was off the day my car was towed. I returned my rental car to this garage while my car was under repair, normally they are supposed to inform the rental company, but they didn’t do it for days. I got calls from the rental company one week after saying I was still driving the rental car. Will not choose to return to them.
