Very unefficient people starting from the person who picked up the phone for the appointment to the young lady cashier!! I will never go back and certainly won't recommend!

Very good experience for a minor issue, a nail in a tire. But very easy to take an appointment in the afternoon calling at midday, very fast service (30 mins ca) and price as advertised. Comfy waiting area with view on the atelier so you can check the progress of your car while recharging your GSM.

It's one of the worst places to take your car. They don't have any experience whatsoever and they give all incorrect advice. Last time I asked them to replace distribution belt also called serpentine belt in America. First of all the sales representative saw me but didn't want to help me so he kept me waiting for 30 minutes even though there was no other customer in sight. Then finally when he talked to me he said they don't work on that and they cannot order a belt. On the other hand on their self service computer screen I could see that I would be able to order the belt as well as the service but these guys totally refused to help me out. It's not the first bad experience I've had here. Anyway best to avoid such places even though some of the e mechanics there are good the customer facing team is one of the worst. Avoid and I do NOT recommend.

Service Quality 0 Customer service 0. Had a rendez-vous at 15:00 for a simple and quick service \ Reglage phares\. The car was just seen at 15:35, and at 15:40 got an SMS that the service was complete (Customer is not informed that the comunication is done be SMS!?...). When going to the reception to get my car I was informed that nothing was done (But the message said that the sercive was done?!!) and that they need to replace everything!? Really in 5 minutes of effort!? you were able to predict this? Where is the customer service?? End of story: The only solution that auto5 gave was to schedule a new rendez-vous in 2 weeks!!! Shame for the customer that had the \controle technique\ in 1 week and that lost more than 1 hour ( Yes, I was full enough to arrive ahead schedule!) of his time for nothing!

A wheel substitution was done very fast and well. However due to unknown for me reasons I had to wait 45 min more to get acknowledged my car was ready and to get my keys. The personal had seen me sitting in there and didn't tell anything. Absolutely arrogent approach. Absolutely arrogant and xenophobic approach to a foreigner. Yet thanks to Quentin for taking care of me and best wishes for the weekend. Cheers.
