Good restaurant, the brasserie is also good but has a different type of menu. Price reasonable and service is excellent! Amazing view and very authentic.

Vey nice old style ardenne brasserie , the service was good and friendly, spoke 3 languages. We had spag bolonaise and meat dish three way by the chef it was very nice. Good place to stop and have lunch. Went back a few days later had pomme tartin as dessert and i had spare ribs. The ribs could have been more flavoured.
Beautifull decorated place with true medieval atmosphere. Food quality is excellent. Cuisine is local
Had a company “weekend” meeting here. Such a nice place! Very beautiful view. House is huge! The owner was also very kind!
If there is one place you should go for food in Vielsalm, it's definitely at Contes de Salme. The place is very unique and the design/decorations are worth to see. The food is quite good but a little overpriced sometimes. I recommend at any time for lunch/dinner or even just for a coffee and a dessert!
Very good restaurant nice style and ambiance , tasty food and very helpful staff. There is a great selection of beers on the menu.
