I went to the shop to purchase a bass amp, I had seen it in the webshop, and it was tagged with a discount price. I tried out the amp and decided to buy it, I said I wanted it to be sent by post to my address since I could not possible carry such a big amp by myself to another city. So as explicitly informed in the webshop, purchases over 50 euros, \free sending\. Although, the seller refused to send by post with discount price, he claimed it was an error in the webshop and it shouldn't be with discount. So if I wanted it by post I wouldn't get the discount price. Yet, I could pay with discount with I'd take it myself. (Are you kidding me?) Lack of organization. People not friendly. Disparity with promises in the webshop. Do not recommend. Bax shop has a great service though ;) (first time I bought with van de moer, and last!)

Als professioneel muzikant, gitaar leerkracht in de kunstacademie van Aalst/ Asse en buurman heb ik deze muziekwinkel al meermaals de kans gegeven. Spijtig genoeg niet met het gewenste resultaat.. voor een muziekwinkel verwacht ik nochtans simpele zaken: correcte prijzen, klantgerichte service en snelheid. Voor mij is het terug naar de vertrouwde webshops.
