I've used the services of this place several times and was almost always disappointed. I have to agree with the others that there is poor service and the prices are expensive. The guy is grumpy and a know-it-all, he always mansplains (about infant ID pictures or your wedding photos why they shouldn't have been photoshopped because that prevents him from printing a proper quality photo). Plus, they don't have a grey background that is required for French ID pictures...
In my experience, this woman was unhelpful and unfriendly. They charged a ridiculous rate to print ID photos that were of the wrong size.

Petite boutique très bien située à la Bascule, juste à côté de l'Inno. Service et accueil sympathiques, prix très honnêtes et labo photo impeccable. Je ne vais plus que là.
Gentillesse et compétence sont les qualités principales de la patronne qui se plie en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Si vos besoins sont photos d'identité, tirages photos toutes taille (digital ou argentique), et même le transfert de vos vieilles vidéos sur clé USB .... vous avez la bonne adresse.
Changement de propriétaire, service non professionnel. Je viens pour refaire une photo, qualité sous-optimale et accueil désagréable
