Lack of French knowledge. Got yelled at by the store worker for not understanding that he wants me to put on hand sanitizer when entering the premise. Good store, however, could have used a bit less yelling to the customer.

Espace bien structuré, personnel serviable et efficace.
Une longue attente à la caisse alors que 3 vendeurs sont disponibles derrière la vitre et préfèrent discuter ensemble plutôt que de servir les clients. La personne qui « s’occupe » enfin de moi le fait en poursuivant la discussion, ne m’adresse pas un seul mot, ne daigne pas me regarder en me tendant mon ticket, ni répondre à mon « au revoir ». Trois vendeurs absolument exécrables.
