I never made it to one of the classes, so this review is only based on communication with Cepicam, which was horrible.
I received a voucher for two hours of motorcycle lessons, but I was not able to redeem it due to several reasons, including COVID-19 which was beyond their impact, caused several months delay. Other reasons included:
1) Cepicam instructors not responding to e-mails or SMS or phone calls 2) a change in procedures, first I could simply contact the instructor which whom I agreed a date that was later cancelled due to COVID in March. However, after everything seemed to calm down, I wanted to make an new appointment, but suddenly I couldn't contact the instructor, but had to come to the office of Cepicam. They said that they would be open on Saturday, but when I showed up, there was a note that they were closed. Finally, the week after, I could book a new lessons in 4 months only, as I did not have a full package but rather 2 hours of tryout, which should not matter in my view.
3) while I was previously informed that I could lend material I checked 2 days before my Motor cycle lesson to be sure. Cepicam suddenly informed me that this was not possible due to government measures regarding COVID, which is obviously understandable. Cepicam failed however to inform me of this, and if I would not have checked myself, I would show up on a driving lessons without any material.
4) After complaining for multiple times, we agreed that I would get a refund. After not receiving it for 2 weeks, I contacted Cepicam again. During the phone call they suddenly said that they were not able to refund as the school was closed. Not only did they have 1.5 weeks before the new confinement to wire the money, but they also do not need to be open in order to transfer money. Update: as mentioned in the reaction I indeed received the money back.
In short, horrible communication and procedures, despite a kind lady on the phone, that was completely unable to help me.
