I would recommend this place to everybody! Great service, very friendly staff, explanation was given on step by step basis. I strongly reccomend this place for everyone who would like to make piercings, 6 out of 5 stars!
Got my first piercing there, a nostril stud, and it was the best possible experience! I was pierced by Vanya (I believe that’s what his name was, lovely person) and first thing I thought when escorted to the back was that it was like I was at my doctor’s. Everything was so clean and sterile! Piercing itself was very quick. When I went back 3 months later to get my first piece of jewellery beside the stud they pierce you with, Lucas offered to change my piercing and check up on the healing process. Such a nice guy! I recommend this place (or the location in Antwerp) to everyone who wants to get pierced!
My Experience with their online shop was phenomenal. They are very easy to communicate with if you ever have any issues are the quality of the jewelry they offer is impeccable. I feel they do not stock products they would not use themselves. If I'm ever in the area I would go get a piercing from them without hesitation!
Good shop, clean and sterile and pleasant atmosphere. Went in for tattoo removal which was very very affordable ! It was a pleasant surprise.

It was a while ago, but I was pretty disappointed. I went for a smiley piercing, and after waiting an hour, the piercer asked me if I could come back an hour later. I was still pretty happy and excited, but an hour later when I came back, I had to wait another hour and a half because he would make other people pass before me that had to change small piercings etc. Even though he was friendly, I don't think this is how you should treat clients. I'm very polite and never dared to say anything really, but it does not make me want to come back. Also my piercing is a bit unbalanced, and when I asked about it on the moment, he said it would go to a straight one in not too long. It never did. So well, not the best experience unfortunately.
