Very bad way of handling the customers. I have been contacting them continuously for appointment and I was ready to book the car online with them. Still the staff did not help me instead kept confusing me and did not help me book a day or let me reserve the car. I had to plan my appointment a day before because I had to travel 3 hours to reach their place. The consultant was least helpful in my purchase despite contacting him continuously since Monday morning. I assume I was one of the initial customers and should have been given priority. Below is my final summarized email to them Thank you for your update. I do not understand by “there is option on the car”. I was one of the initial customers who had contacted you on Monday morning regarding the car and I was even ready to buy online. However I was not given priority in that case. I waited as per your communication. I had to plan my travel to your location as its 3 hours from here. Thus I kept contacting you and I was told : 1) Monday evening - the car is booked 2) Tuesday - the car is not booked other customers are coming to see. I will get back and you can check on Thursday 3) Wednesday - there was no one to respond despite I had already confirmed that I am ready to buy online on Tuesday.

You can buy a BMW anywhere, but if you need a repair or servicing this is a good place to be, all staff in there very friendly and precise, ask for Andy, I believe he's the leader of the pack. If you do want to buy a BMW at this dealer, make sure to ask for Ellen Nijsmans or Niels van Genechten. They care for a customer and tell it like it is.
