Just open as we visit (June 2019). Spacious room, shared big bathroom. Still fixing things -lights, bathroom,wardrobes,... Steep stairs to the rooms on the first floor. Nice attention. Just call if not there as you arrive. Park in the front yard -slow down and take care not to miss the entrance.

TO AVOID. The owner wasn't there when we arrived even if I called him beforehand to tell that we would arrive in 30 minutes. I had to call him again and he arrived 10 minutes later. I had to pay directly before even getting into the room. The card was not accepted (the machine was broken according to the owner) and I had to get cash from the ATM. The smell in the whole building is just horrible. Hopefully, in the room it smelled less bad. The bathroom (which is shared) was not clean. The shower head was lying in the bath and it was not possible to hang it to the wall. The towels smelled weird and we got a normal towel and a hand towel for two persons. The curtains in the bathroom had holes like if someone burned it with cigarettes. The room itself was relatively clean but really humid. The mattresses are too big and don't match the bed bases. The bed sheets had also a weird smell and at the moment we went to bed it was itchy. When we left (at 10:30 AM), the owner wasn't there and we left the keys on the counter. Just to add a detail, most of the electric plugs are hanging miserably on the walls. Not all the lights are working. The swimming pool is covered of green stuff. It doesn't seem to be a hotel but a bad-kept house...
Hotel left us stranded. They let our rooms out while we were on our way leaving us to find alternative accommodation late at night on a bank holiday :(
One star because 0 in not possible. Very bad smell everywhere inside the building. Windows don't close, no blinds, owner was aggressive when we told him we couldn't stay there. Not recommended at all.

Onaanvaardbaar!!! Vuile kamers, hele nacht kou geleden, dus geen verwarming (excuus was vergeten mazout te bestellen) geen tv, geen warm water, moest zelf verse lakens opdekken, vraagt mij als klant om verwarmingsketel te maken, gaat zomaar ineens met de prijs omhoog, wat voor toeren zijn dees eigenlijk!?!? Degoutant gewoon en als je der iets van zegt lacht hij alles weg...hier moet iets aan gedaan worden!!!!
NOOIT MEER! Na een telefoontje op vrijdag om ons op zaterdag ipv 8u om 7u30 op te halen om naar Schiphol te brengen, wisten ze ineens niets meer af van een reservering. (Had nochtans een bevestigingsmail voor 8 personen). Na wat aandringen wilden ze ons toch vervoeren maar wanneer dan ter sprake kwam dat het voor 8 personen was, zeiden ze dat hun busje kapot was. NOOIT MEER!!!!
Afschuwelijke service. Komt meer dan een uur na afspraak pas aan met telkens er telefonisch contact was boodschappen als 'ben er over een halfuur', 'over 5 minuten',... Niet leuk als je ruim op tijd belt en midden in de nacht in de regen en gierende wind moet staan wachten op zo'n bedrijf. En als hij er dan eindelijk aankomt wilt hij zelfs nog niet van de prijs afwijken die was afgesproken om er een uur eerder te zijn. De site is al helemaal gelogen, zeker als je kijkt naar de andere recensies hier.
