The staff was quite unfriendly they did not provide enough information for the passengers traveling during covid times. My sister was traveling with her 2.5 year son and was quite stressed however airline staff didn't bother to provide any help they could have easily provided. They asked her to fill an online form which she didn't knew how to fill however staff was not much informed about the procedures and didn't provide any help. Luckily we did finalize everything at very last moment. I seriously believe Turkish airlines have to provide more friendly staff who can actually help travelers rather than creating trouble.

Do not use this airline. They over book their flights by 15%. They have hotels, multiple to accept the overflow, hundreds a day to compensate for the over booking. They do no refund damages as a result of days missed at work, child care that needs to be employed in emergency, really, don't use them, totally criminal.
