My experience has always been okay, the parcels have been delivered. But I don't understand why they're so slow, packages to and from France usually take about a week (for a 5 hour drive). If they could deliver a bit faster and have a more detailed track and trace system I will definitely use it much more because the prices are very competitive.

Unbelievable ! The company I purchased a product from is based in Nice and they have given my parcel to Mondial on Mondial and this company did not even processed it in a week!! Such an unprofessional service! If you can't deliver a package from Nice to Brussels in a couple of days while Chinese companies managing to deliver even in 2 days, please shut this company down! It is useless.

The WORST post office on earth If I can give you unasked advice: NEVER use Mondial Relay. Only use this office if you want your package to get LOST.

Everything ok, I sent a package with Mondial Relay (origin and destination in Belgium) and the delivery was in five working days (taking into account that it was the Black Friday week). I will repeat with this company.

Mondial Relay, I have contacted you, and I feel this is a horrible joke. A week ago I provided the list of content of what was inside the package, YOU said you will start an investigation. Today I check on the case and you come back to the same : \YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST\ ignoring all the \We will open a case on it and investigate a stolen package\ I am attaching the correspondence with your agent! THE STORY BEHIND ALL THIS: The situation i am going through is outrageous and completely unprofessional. A person sent me my package on the 29-th of September, the package was letf at the local punto pack and picked up the same day by a company's courier- SINCE THE PICK UP IT DISAPPEARED! No movement happened. It was a 24 kg. package!!!! After 15 days of no movement company says they dont know where it is. 20 days later we claim it to be LOST! And of course MONDIAL RELAY is not taking any responsibility for the inconpetence! As easy as that! Unless my package was stolen on purpose - it is very easy to find the courier and find out where the package has disappeared. I find it completely outrageous that Mondial Says that we agree to their policy ( which by the way them not being responsible for anything) , pay the money for their services that aren't provided properly!and they do not even care to move a finger ...... I am very disappointed! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COURIERS YOU HIRE, AND NUMEROUS PACKAGES YOU LOSE !

As I have been rather satisfied with your services in Belgium and I need something from the Netherlands to be sent to me in Belgium, I strongly recommended that the person in the Netherlands use your service. It seems to have been a very bad idea. According to her, the form was rather complicated and it took her some time to fill it in. But she managed. However, when it came to the payment, she indicated her credit card and was asked for her IBAN number. A CREDIT CARD HAS NO IBAN NUMBER!!!!!! AND since she could not indicate what does not exist, she could not go any further. Surely you must know this. When I use your service in Belgium, I am NEVER asked for my IBAN number, only my credit card number. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN???

Bezorgen je spullen zonder enig overleg in een totaal andere stad. Onacceptabel. Reply to the response of Mondial Relay: I already did and you did nothing to help me. Just a very lame \we can't do anything about it\-response. So I already offered you a chance to make it right before I put down my complaint here.
