Here now. There are no instructions in English, but the owner must have saw me looking lost haha and came to help. He doesn’t speak English, but it’s pretty easy to communicate if you use hand gestures. You will need the special token from the machine to wash and dry. The washing token is 3.50. You’ll get a single token to put in the washing machine. To dry, you’ll also need the special token, but must select the drying option on the token dispenser. Each drying token is 0.50 for 10 minutes of drying time. You can tell the machine how many tokens you want, insert the money, and it will give you the special tokens and your change if needed. I brought my own detergent, but they have a vending machine if you need detergent or whatever.
I think machines are pretty old but still good. Fast and cheap 3,5euros.
Not really clean, not really good, but useful to dry big pieces when the weather doesn't help...

세탁 3.5유로 (약 40분) / 건조 0.5유로 (10분) --- 입구 코인자판기(영어선택 가능)에서 세탁/건조 따로 코인을 구입해 세탁기 또는 건조기에 투입해 사용합니다. 세제도 자판기에서 구입가능합니다. 기계 성능이 좋아서 건조 10분에도 두꺼운 옷 아니라면 다 건조됩니다. 빨래방 바로 앞에 제법 큰 슈퍼가 있고 슈퍼 문 앞에 피자(10유로 내외)와 음료(와인 3유로)를 할 수 있는 저럼한 식당도 있어 시간 보내기도 좋습니다.
Petit note très utile pour les personnes que comme moi est toujours a la bour en rentrant avant la fermeture à 22:00 on peux continue a utilisé les machines et sortie jusqu’à 23:00 Laundry self service avec les prix très correct et pour le jeton séchoir le moins chère que je vue jusqu’à présent sur bruxelles ... ...
Manque de modernité parceque vieillot, mais rends service quand même.
