I called the service cliental and asked a question about the invoice they sent me. She couldn't be patient because I couldn't find the invoice number since the latter was messy with numbers all over it... Then she hang up on me. They better choose their workers meticulously!

Worst delivery service and worst client support possible. Two personal deliveries had problems. They lost one package and the driver forged my signature so they marked it as signed and delivered. The complaint is still open but client support didn't offer any solution. They then managed to miss the second delivery and each time I called client service they had different informations with respect to the delivery and the delivery time. At my workplace packages are frequently delivered in bad shape and the driver leaves in a hurry and forges the signatures themselves. TNT doesn't deserve even this 1 star. What they deserve are complaints to the European Customer Service for each bad service. They definitely have one from me. Perhaps when they pay for their mistakes they will start to respect their clients and the contracts they sign.

Everything went wrong in this order, I did not receive the order, for two times I complained because two times they put the order as delivered, but always signed by names that do not exist. The first time (07/11/2017) I got the name of Voisin, I later realized that it means neighbor in French. when I asked which neighbor they told me they would come back later. The second time (13/11/2017) they put the signature of an Aynguu, this name does not exist here or anywhere in the world. So I can only conclude that I was stolen by the carrier (TNT).

Absolutely terrible, they never deliver my packages, 3 times they have lost my packages! They have one job to do, and can't do that.
