Interestingly all the burials are effectively from the same day, 22 Aug 1914. The fact it's a mix of French and German graves makes it quite something.

Situé dans les bois dans un calme absolu, leur rendre une visite est leur rendre un hommage. Un beau parking vous attends, soldats allemands (298) et français (527) reposent ensembles pour l'éternité. Victimes des combats de Bellefontaine du 22 août 1914.
