If you're looking to buy a Toyota/Lexus used or new, you can always trust their advice. I've been to their dealership several times, and they've always given me honest advice or serviced my car in a timely matter. I wasn't sure whether the stone chip in my windshield was repaired properly on my own, so I went to the dealership to have them do it properly, they said they couldn't have done it better and quickly polished it for free. Even if they would be more expensive, it's situations like those that would make me rather have my car serviced here than elsewhere.
